This sensor features a compact size of approximately 34mm x 34mm and a weight capacity of 50kg. It is equipped with an internal 1000 Ohm half-bridge strain gauge load cell and a half-bridge structure, designed for precise weight measurement. Key specifications include a zero point output of ±0.3mV/V, output sensitivity of 1.0±0.15mV/V, and insulation resistance of ≥2000MΩ. It operates with an excitation voltage of 5-10V DC and has a cable length of 45cm.

To achieve accurate measurements, the correct force must be applied to the outer side of the sensor’s strain E-shaped beam. This area, where a strain gauge is attached under a beam covered by white plastic, must experience shear force in the opposite direction to induce the necessary bending and stress changes in the middle of the strain beam, without any obstructions on the other side.

The sensor can be utilized in three configurations for varying measurement ranges:

1. With external resistors in a full-bridge setup for a single sensor, supporting a range up to 50kg. This configuration requires precise resistor values.

2. With two full-bridge sensors combined, doubling the measurement capacity to 100kg.

3. With four full-bridge sensors linked, expanding the total measurement capability to 200kg.
